Acceptable Use Policy
Rules for safe and lawful use of RulePilot.
Prohibited Uses
- Use RulePilot unlawfully.
- Access or attempt to access another user's account, workspace, broker data, NinjaTrader connection, or billing data.
- Bypass authentication, authorization, row-level security, rate limits, or subscription limits.
- Interfere with service availability.
- Probe, scan, or test systems without permission.
- Upload malware or malicious payloads.
- Abuse email verification, alerts, webhooks, or NinjaTrader connection endpoints.
- Use RulePilot to violate broker, platform, exchange, prop-firm, or market-data terms.
- Misrepresent RulePilot as a broker, prop firm, trading advisor, or guaranteed account-protection service.
Broker And Platform Accounts
Users may connect only accounts and platforms they are authorized to access. Users must not connect accounts owned by another person unless they have lawful permission and the relevant broker, platform, and prop firm allow it.
Security Testing
Security testing is not authorized unless RulePilot gives prior written permission or publishes a formal vulnerability disclosure program. If you discover a vulnerability accidentally, report it and do not exploit it.
Enforcement
RulePilot may suspend or terminate accounts, disconnect NinjaTrader desktops, disconnect broker connections, block requests, or contact authorities if this policy is violated.
