Cookie Policy
How RulePilot uses necessary cookies and future optional cookie preferences.
Strictly Necessary Cookies
RulePilot uses necessary cookies and similar technologies for sign-in sessions, account security, CSRF and request protection, and authenticated app state. These cookies are required for the service to work and cannot be disabled inside RulePilot.
Optional Cookies
RulePilot should not enable analytics, advertising pixels, remarketing, or behavioral tracking until a consent mechanism and updated cookie table are in place.
The app stores preferences for analytics and marketing cookies now, but those categories stay disabled by default until real providers, purposes, durations, and transfer details are documented.
Current Cookie Table
| Cookie or storage | Purpose | Type | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Session cookie | Keeps the user signed in securely | Strictly necessary | Session or configured session lifetime |
| CSRF and origin protections | Protects mutating requests | Strictly necessary | Session or request scoped |
Managing Cookies
Users can control cookies in browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent RulePilot from working.
