Refund And Cancellation Policy

RulePilot does not currently plan to offer a free trial.

Users may cancel through the billing portal or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless stated otherwise at checkout or required by law, access continues until the end of the paid billing period.

Users may upgrade or downgrade through RulePilot's billing flow or Stripe's customer portal. Downgrades may require archiving active accounts to fit the lower plan limit.

Proration, immediate charges, credits, and billing-period changes are handled by Stripe according to the configured plan settings.

Refunds are not guaranteed unless required by law. RulePilot may issue discretionary refunds for duplicate payments, clear billing errors, or exceptional support cases. Final wording must be confirmed before paid public launch.

Mandatory consumer withdrawal rights may apply to online digital services. The final checkout flow must confirm whether immediate service access begins during the withdrawal period and whether any lawful waiver or acknowledgement is required.
