Terms of Service
The core rules for using RulePilot.
Draft Status
These terms are prepared for beta readiness and must be reviewed before paid public launch. Real operator details, legal address, contact emails, tax wording, refund terms, and governing law must be finalized before publication.
What RulePilot Does
RulePilot helps manual prop-firm traders monitor account state against selected prop-firm rule templates. It may show balances, equity, PnL, positions, rule buffers, freshness status, warnings, and subscription account limits.
The first beta is designed as read-only monitoring software. It does not place, modify, cancel, or close orders.
What RulePilot Does Not Do
- RulePilot is not a broker, prop firm, futures commission merchant, introducing broker, commodity trading advisor, investment adviser, money manager, or trade signal service.
- RulePilot does not provide personalized investment, financial, legal, tax, or trading advice.
- RulePilot does not guarantee that an account will stay funded, compliant, profitable, or protected from breach.
User Responsibilities
- Keep your login credentials, email account, browser, computer, and NinjaTrader Desktop environment secure.
- Connect only broker, platform, and prop-firm accounts that you are authorized to access.
- Confirm stale, delayed, unusual, or non-authoritative data directly in your broker, platform, or prop-firm portal.
- Read and follow your prop firm's current official rules.
Subscriptions
RulePilot plans may limit active prop accounts, NinjaTrader desktop connections, broker connections, history windows, alert channels, or other features. Billing is processed by Stripe or another payment provider, and RulePilot does not store full card numbers.
Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Plan changes and cancellation behavior must match the final Stripe configuration before paid launch.
Service Availability And Liability
RulePilot may be unavailable because of maintenance, hosting outages, broker or platform outages, database issues, network failures, or security events.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RulePilot is provided as is and as available, and is not liable for trading losses, prop-firm decisions, missed warnings, stale third-party data, or account breaches.
